ANDREA TOMATIS 🇮🇹
The Architect of a World Championship.
A former professional indoor and beach volleyball player, Andrea Tomatis has spent over two decades refining his craft as one of the world’s top coaches. Known for his meticulous planning, innovative training designs, and ability to turn a team’s strengths into winning weapons, Andrea has coached the Czech National Men’s Team to extraordinary success.
Under his guidance, Perušič and Schweiner rose to the top of the sport — winning the 2023 FIVB World Championships in Mexico, claiming European silver in 2021, and medalling across the Beach Pro Tour. His scientific, game-specific approach, combined with a knack for building trust and adaptability in his players, has made Andrea one of the most respected minds in international volleyball. In 2023, his achievements were recognised with the IBVCA Coach of the Year award.

DANIELE DI STEFANO 🇮🇹
Play the Way You Live.
Daniele Di Stefano has dedicated his career to unlocking athlete potential through innovative, holistic coaching. A former professional player from Rome, Daniele has coached in multiple countries, working with national teams and elite athletes on the Beach Pro Tour. His résumé includes preparing Italy’s men’s team for the Paris 2024 Olympics, and supporting Olympic campaigns for Tokyo 2020.
What sets Daniele apart is his curiosity — he seeks out new environments, methods, and perspectives, integrating them into highly personalised training programs. Equally at home guiding juniors or Olympians, his sessions challenge athletes to think deeper, play smarter, and connect more strongly to their game. Based in Manly, Australia, Daniele continues to shape the sport’s future through high-performance coaching and community development.

SEBASTIAN MENEGOZZO 🇦🇷
Two Countries. One Olympics. Unlimited Vision.
Sebastian Menegozzo’s career is a testament to adaptability, resilience, and elite performance. A former Argentine professional beach volleyball player, he transitioned to coaching and quickly made his mark, leading Spain’s women’s program to consistent World Tour podiums and Olympic appearances (London 2012, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020). His work elevated Spain to a regular Top 10 world ranking.
In 2022, Sebastian took on a new challenge with the Czech Republic women’s national teams through the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment program — and in just two years, he guided both Spain and Czechia to qualification for Paris 2024, a feat never before achieved in the sport. His coaching philosophy emphasises tactical flexibility, physical readiness, and the mental toughness needed to succeed against the very best.

VALERIO VACCARO 🇮🇹
Don’t run away from the load.
Valerio Vaccaro brings world-class expertise in physical preparation to Volleyball Beach Camps. As the Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Czech Republic Men’s National Beach Volleyball Team, he has been instrumental in the success of Ondřej Perušič & David Schweiner, including their historic 2023 World Championship title. Working alongside Andrea Tomatis since 2017, Valerio has been a cornerstone of the team’s rise to the top of the sport and continues with them through the Paris 2024 Olympic cycle.
Armed with degrees in Motor Sciences and Nutritional Sciences, and multiple top-level certifications — including NSCA-CSCS and CONI Senior Coach — Valerio combines scientific precision with practical adaptability. His approach is holistic: integrating strength, mobility, endurance, recovery, and nutrition into long-term athlete development. He uses advanced performance metrics such as force-velocity profiling, HRV, and neuromuscular testing to tailor programming, always prioritising injury prevention and sustainable growth.
Beyond the science, Valerio is known for his structured yet flexible coaching style, able to push athletes past their limits while keeping their bodies healthy and prepared for the demands of the Beach Pro Tour and Olympic stage. His philosophy is simple but powerful: “Don’t run away from the load.” At the camp, athletes will experience world-class physical training designed not just to build strength, but to unlock the confidence and resilience needed to perform under pressure.
