Terms & Conditions

1. Subject of the Agreement 1.1. Volleyball Beach Camps PTY LTD (hereafter "the Company") undertakes to organise a beach volleyball training camp ("the Camp") as detailed in the Special Terms, including coaching and accommodation services for the agreed dates. 1.2. The Client agrees to participate in the Camp, pay all fees on time, and submit any necessary documentation requested by the Company.

2. Special Terms – November 2025 Camp

  • Camp Dates: November 24–30, 2025

  • Location: Adelaide, South Australia

  • Venue: Discovery Parks Adelaide Beachfront

  • Packages Available:

    • Training Only

    • Training + Shared Accommodation

    • Training + Private Accommodation

  • Fee Inclusions:

    • World-class coaching from international professionals

    • Access to training courts and scheduled sessions

    • Accommodation (if selected)

    • Use of camp facilities, recovery tools, and learning sessions

  • Fee Exclusions:

    • Flights or transport to/from venue

    • Meals (self-catered with kitchen facilities available)

    • Travel insurance (mandatory)

  • Group Bookings: Clients booking with friends can request to room together by submitting names post-purchase. Subject to availability.

  • Early Bird Offer: Discounted tickets available until 1 August 2025.

  • Ticket Sales Close: 3 November 2025.

3. Fees & Payments 3.1. The participation fee covers services listed in the Special Terms. Accommodation, if selected, is included; meals are not. 3.2. Payment is required in full before the deadline to secure participation. A booking is confirmed once payment is received by the Company. 3.3. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing or reason. Clients acknowledge this policy at the time of booking. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed attendance, change of plans, or failure to secure appropriate travel documentation or insurance. 3.4. If the Client chooses a payment plan option and later cancels their participation, they remain liable for the full payment amount. No partial payments will be refunded or waived. 3.5. Clients may transfer their ticket to another individual, provided the replacement participant meets the skill level criteria appropriate for the Camp. Transfers must be approved by the Company in writing prior to the event.

4. Responsibilities of the Company 4.1. Organise the Camp to a professional standard and communicate schedules in advance. 4.2. Notify clients of any material changes to dates, times, or services. 4.3. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries or accidents during the Camp.

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, transport, weather).

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 4.4. The Company may modify pricing with 20+ days’ notice if subject to fuel surcharges, tax increases, or significant exchange rate shifts. 4.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner. 4.6. The Company reserves the right to change guest coach or mentor appearances due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for such changes.

5. Responsibilities of the Client 5.1. Clients agree to follow all safety guidelines, camp rules, and coach instructions. 5.2. Travel insurance covering injury, medical care, and cancellation is mandatory. 5.3. Any health conditions affecting participation must be disclosed before the Camp. 5.4. The Client is responsible for their personal items and any damages caused. 5.5. If booking with friends, names must be submitted at the time of booking to ensure shared accommodation preferences can be met (subject to availability). 5.6. All clients must sign a liability waiver prior to the commencement of the Camp. This will be provided by the Company ahead of the event. 5.7. The Camp is open only to adult participants aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.

 

6. Accommodation 6.1. Accommodation is provided by Discovery Parks Adelaide Beachfront. 6.2. Cabin options include shared or single occupancy. Rooms are limited—early booking recommended. 6.3. Food is not provided. Each cabin includes kitchen facilities and access to shared cooking areas.

 

7. Legal & Insurance Requirements 7.1. Volleyball Beach Camps PTY LTD complies with the Australian Consumer Law. All statutory guarantees apply. 7.2. The Company holds public liability insurance; however, this does not replace personal travel insurance. 7.3. Participation is at the client’s own risk. Emergency medical assistance will be sought if required, but all costs are the client’s responsibility.

 

8. Privacy & Data Use 8.1. The Company collects only essential personal data for Camp delivery. 8.2. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Force Majeure 9.1. The Company is not liable for changes caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.). 9.2. In such cases, the Company will attempt to reschedule or issue partial refunds where feasible. This is at the discretion of the Company and subject to external costs already incurred.

 

10. Agreement Terms 10.1. This agreement is accepted electronically upon payment. 10.2. Any updates or amendments will be provided in writing. 10.3. Disputes are to be resolved under the jurisdiction of the state of South Australia.

 

11. Liability Waiver 11.1. By completing ticket purchase, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • I understand and accept the risks involved in participating in a beach volleyball training camp, including physical exertion, risk of injury, and outdoor conditions.

  • I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur during my participation in the Camp.

  • I confirm I am over 18 years of age and physically fit to participate in this type of activity.

  • I release Volleyball Beach Camps PTY LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation, except as required by law.

  • I confirm I have arranged appropriate travel and medical insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents or cancellations.

  • I agree to abide by all safety protocols and instructions given by the Camp staff and coaches.
